David Stoller, our founding partner, is an expert in the field of Immigration and Nationality Law and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in this field of practice. Mr. Stoller established the firm after spending several years with the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service. During his time with the government, Mr. Stoller acquired a wealth of knowledge and unique insights on the practice of immigration law that paved the way towards quickly establishing himself as one of the most prominent immigration attorneys in the United States. After establishing his prívate practice, Mr. Stoller continued to display his exemplary advocacy skills and firm command of the law and earned the respect and admiration of other immigration practitioners in his defense of individuals before the immigration authorities.

While Mr. Stoller was growing his newly formed practice, one of the sitting Immigration Judge s on the Orlando Immigration Court took note of his impressive talents. Former Immigration Judge Roberto Moreno joined Mr. Stoler in 2003 upon his departure from the bench. Mr. Moreno brings with him eight years of service on the bench in various cities throughout Florida. During his tenure, he presided over all types of immigration cases from asylum to waivers, from bonds to motions to reopen and from simple matters to complicated cases. Prior to taking the bench, Mr. Moreno served as a Managing Assistant United States Attorney in the Orlando Division of the Middle District of Florida and in this capacity managed all types of criminal and civil matters involving the federal government in its role as Prosecutor, its role as Plaintiff and its role as Defendant. Mr. Moreno now employs courtroom experience and immigration knowledge assisting immigrants and injured plaintiffs.

Stoller & Moreno PA also features promising young attorneys who bring breadth and diversity to our practice. Our associates have clerked for the Orlando Immigration Court, studied international law abroad, and served as editors and staff members for different legal journals focused on international law. We also have highly trained paralegals with extensive experience in our three fields of practice.
